Spaghetti & Tuna Cheesy Bake

Ingredients:

200g Spaghetti

1 Tuna in Water

1 Tomato Passata

3 Fresh Tomatoes

1 Mozarella

1 Lime

100g Grated Mozarella

10g Parsley

1/2 tbsp Sweet Paprika

1/2 tbsp Taragon

1/2 tbsp Thyme

Salt/Pepper

This is a dish worth trying! Actually, this dish is made much better with orzo pasta but can work with any type, which is why I made it with regular spaghetti. It’s super simple and here is how its made:

1). Begin by boiling a pot of water to add the spaghetti, which will take no more than 8-10 mins. In a different pan, simply add the passata along with all the spices and cook for a good 20 mins so the tomato boils. In the last 5 minutes do not forget to the add the tuna.

2). Meanwhile, chop the mozzarella into thick strips and finely chop the parsley (parsley is an optional part of the dish).

3). Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. In a relatively deep baking tray, add the pasta (drain it first) followed by the tomato mixture, mozzarella cheese and grated mozzarella as well. Season lightly and bake in the oven for no more than five minutes.

4). Remove from the oven and serve. Trust me, the serving part is the most satisfying part of the entire dish! Add some parsley on top and Bon Appetit!
