Garlic Muffins
Here is my alternative take on garlic bread; the garlic muffin! The best part about this recipe is that it is super easy to make with just four ingredients and is probably one of the best snacks I’ve eaten, which I came across by chance! Nonetheless, here is the very simple recipe:
1). Start off by gently melting the butter. Once melted, add the finely chopped garlic and parsley and leave to simmer very slowly for about five minutes.
2). Meanwhile, take the pizza dough, cut in two and then cut further into small-medium sized strips and add to a bowl. Before adding the butter mixture to the dough, make sure the butter cools to one side for another five minutes.
3). Add the butter in and mix well with the dough. Then, preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius and add small quantities of the dough to individual muffin cases. Make sure the cases are filled at least half way. Add to oven and bake for 12-14 minutes. Then remove, rest for a couple minutes and bon appetit!
