Feta & Pasta Bake

Ingredients:

400g Feta Cheese

300g Baby Tomatoes

20g Capers

20g Fresh Parsley

1 Onion

200g Rigatoni Pasta

Spices:

1/2 tbsp Sweet Paprika

1/2 Oregano

1/2 tbsp Basil

Here we are following a TikTok trend; Feta baked in the oven with tomatoes and pasta. This is a delicious recipe that is very simple to make and very cheap too! You can make a whole tray for only five quid and can feed plenty of people. It’s a recipe you guys have to try! I’ve added capers and parsley just to add a few more flavours to the originally-Greek dish. Hope you like it! So, let’s go through the very simple steps:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. In a baking tray, add the baby tomatoes, onion (peeled roughly with your hands) and the feta.

  2. Add the spices and mix well. Then ensure that the feta is in the center of the tray and that the oregano goes only on top of the feta to give it extra Greek flavour!

  3. Place the tray in the oven for 35-40 minutes.

  4. Remove from the oven and mix the ingredients well with a fork or potato musher to achieve a paste-like texture.

  5. Once ready, add the capers, finely chopped parsley and cooked pasta to the tray and mix well. Season to taste and serve.
