Baked French Fries
Ingredients:
4-5 Potatoes
2-3 Spring Onions
10g Fresh Dill
200g Goat’s Yogurt
Juice from 1/2 Lemon
1-2 Cloves of Garlic
1-2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
1-2 tbsp Thyme
1/2 tbsp Oregano
Salt/Pepper
Olive Oil
This recipe is super simple; so simple that it can be broken down into just four steps:
1). Peel and cut the potatoes finely into thin strips and add to baking tray. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees C.
2). Add smoked paprika, thyme, oregano, salt/pepper & olive oil and mix well. Then, place in the oven and leave to cook for 35 minutes approximately.
3). In a mixing bowl, prepare the sauce. Add yogurt, finely-chopped dill, chopped spring onions, garlic, paprika and lemon juice. Mix well and season to taste.
4). Once the potatoes are ready, that is the recipe complete! It really is that simple! Enjoy!
